I wasn't able to go, and after the party he mysteriously started avoiding me. I found out two weeks later that at the party he began what became a month long hooking up spree... hooking up with a girl, seeing her for a few days, and then dumping her at the party where he picked up the next girl. I was angry that he lied to me, but it was the best thing that could have happened.
