Sex & the Single Woman: Love Superstitions

We all have our quirks, right? Well, here’s one of mine:

When I’m at the nail salon, I pick my nail polish according to its name. If I’m torn between two similar shades, I’ll pick the one with the more positive, romantic name.

Take the Lippmann Collection line, for instance. I would never, ever wear “Before He Cheats,” pretty as it is, because I feel it would be like tempting fate. If I wore it, I might meet a guy that night, fall in love, and then find him in bed with his ex-girlfriend.

But “It’s Raining Men” or “Makin’ Whoopee”? I’m so there.
