Sex & the Single Woman: Take the Good With the Bad

When looking back at past relationships, I feel like I always immediately go to the negative things: the lying, the awkward moments, the things that I would honestly rather forget about altogether.

Why is this? Why are we so quick to look at the negative and overlook the positive? Honestly, there have been a whole lot more happier moments than sad ones, and I would much rather focus on the good.

So what do we do to get ourselves to see the good? While the bad moments often help us to cherish the good, I think that it’s just generally healthier to keep the happy times at the top of our minds.
