		<description>This looks like a great recipe, thanks for sharing! I&#039;m going to have to test it out with my new Guy Fieri knife set I&#039;ve been working with all week! If you&#039;re not really fond of vinegar you could also try this with rice vinegar (can be purchased in any Asian grocery story). Rice vinegar almost always has some sugar in it, so you might wish to adjust the brown sugar a bit. You could also use Mirin instead of brown sugar which also adds a nice flavor and is already in liquid form. I almost always use Mirin as a sweetener these days! ;-)
