This October 31st, forget the candy (unless it’s in your drink). Raise a glass and cheers to a storm-free Halloween with your own witches’ brew, in the form of these delicious Halloween Cocktails!
New York City is not only home to the country’s most outrageous Halloween parade, it’s also home to hotspot restaurants and lounges that treat October 31st like a true celebration. And what good is a celebration without cocktails? We snagged a few of our favorite recipes from select hotspots and premium liquor brands so that you can serve up your own boo-zy cocktails for your at-home fright fest.

1.50 parts Courvoisier Rosé
.50 parts DeKuyper Crème de Cassis
Build cocktail in an ice filled highball glass. Garnish with a lime squeeze.
2 oz Grey Goose Vodka
1/4 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Juice of half a blood orange
3 pieces of cubed cantaloupe
Slice of blood orange.
Instructions: Build: Muddle cantaloupe with blood orange juice and Vodka in a shaker. Add Lillet Blanc and lemon juice to the shaker. Shake and strain into a classic cocktail coupe, garnish with half of a blood orange slice.
1.25 parts Courvoisier Rosé
.75 parts DeKuyper Red Apple
1.50 parts Fresh Lemon Sour
1.50 parts Pineapple Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Build cocktail in an ice filled highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim.
2 oz tequila
1 1/2 oz fresh carrot juice
Teaspoon cider vinegar
Teaspoon agave nectar.
Instructions: Stir, add more ice and garnish with a twist of black pepper.

2 oz Bacardi 8 Year
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Tamarind Syrup
1 oz Canela Syrup
1/2 oz Cointreau
4-5 dashes spiced cranberry bitters
Instructions: Served on the rocks with chili-sugar run and an orange twist.

1.25 parts Courvoisier VSOP
.75 parts DeKuyper Rootbeer Schnapps
1 part Pineapple Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
2 large scoops of pumpkin gingersnap Ice Cream
1 large scoop of vanilla Ice Cream
2 oz milk
2 oz maple-pecan rum
1 half gingersnap cookie
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy consistency. Top off with a dusting of cinnamon, nutmeg and a ginger molasses cookie.
2 oz Absolut
1.5 oz Lychee puree
1/2 oz Passionfruit Syrup (1 puree:1 simple)
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 Dropper Full Black Pepper Tincture
1 Thai Basil Leaf
2 parts Kirk and Sweeney 12 Year Rum
¾ parts fresh lime juice
½ part maple syrup
1 part ginger beer
1 dash Angostura bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass except the ginger beer. Add ice and shake with a Boston shaker. Strain over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange peel.
Instructions: Shake all ingredients and strain into coupe. Garnish: Clapped Thai Basil Leaf.
