Roasted Grapes Recipe

With markets full of sweet red grapes right now, it’s an ideal time to get creative with this little bundle of joy while adding depth and flavor to any meal. By roasting sweet grapes, their flavor intensifies and adds a perfect touch to salads, atop roasted sweet potatoes, pate crostini or even roast pork and chicken.
Prepared in 15 minutes or less.
- 1 lbs seedless Red grapes
- 1 tsp Grapeseed or Extra Virgin olive oil
- Fresh thyme sprigs
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 450o F.
- Gently toss grapes with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh chopped thyme. Roast for 15 minutes or until grapes begin to burst on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
