ST. VALENTINE’S COCKTAIL RECIPE

Made with organic spirits and fresh strawberries, this cocktail is the perfect mix sweet and strong for a hotel bar night cap.

  • 2 1/2 parts Vodka
  • 3 strawberries (cored)
  • 1 celery leaf (size of a thumb)
  • splash lime juice

Muddle, strain, serve up in a martini glass. Garnish with rose petals.

Whether you’re celebrating with your sweetie or looking to knock back a few cocktails with girlfriends, avoid a February 15th hangover with this new hangover prevention drink.

  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • 2 oz of sweetened chamomile tea
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Mercy

Combine all ingredients, except Mercy, in a shaker with ice, shake, strain into a cognac snifter or lowball glass,  float with Mercy and garnish with a rose petal….if you’re celebrating Anti-Valentines Day, double the bourbon and substitute the raspberries for blueberries.
