VODKA COCKTAILS: Purity Egg Nog

Separate the egg, beating whites until peaking, then beat the yolk strenuously, slowly adding sugar. Continue until all sugar is dissolved. Pour in vodka, stirring continuously. Add the rum, milk, and cream. Fold the egg whites into the mixture, then stir in the nutmeg. Serve hot or cold, grating fresh nutmeg on top before serving, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
