I think it is SO important to set up an emergency fund. It's a big part of personal finance responsibility. At the same time, it's just as important to protect your savings. What's the point of meeting a savings goal if you just succumb to the urge of spending or saving it? I found some helpful tips here http://blog.greensherpa.com/index.php/personal-finance/3-tips-to-protect-your-emergency-fund/ for ways to protect an emergency fund, does anyone else have any other helpful tips or suggestions?
