Ha! This sounds a lot like the "plan" that I had. I set up on online profile and began the process. It was a lot less painful than I thought, but there not many dates with sparks. The few guys that I wished were interested, never called for a second date. As things continued, I told myself that after the 10th date/guy I would give it a rest. I didn't ever want to go out on a date with a bad attitude already in place, so I figured I'd take a hiatus and get "my groove back" before I headed out into the singles scene again.
Well, shortly after I took my profile down I went out to a networking event and met a nice guy. We discussed business and dating him never entered my mind. But then he called, we talked and he got more and more interesting. He proved to be my best match yet. So, there you go. Another "10 date rule" set and broken :)
