Losing her child is a woman’s greatest fear. In this sweet, tender film by director Patricia Riggen, a Mexican woman (Kate del Castillo) goes north to Los Angeles to work as a maid. When her mother dies, she must bring her son (Adrian Alonso) across the border.  The courageous journey he takes to be by her side will bring tears to your eyes.
